Going through a few rounds of interview for a senior position at Newton School and just wanted to know how is the work culture in there? Anything that I should be looking out for?

Have heard about them. Arrogant founders, abusive culture.. a friend joined and left in a month (okie literally ran away seeing the pathetic culture)
