Hi i have a tottal of 2.5 years of experience as APM in two different companies. Now thinking to switch. What should be the next expected salary I should ask for and should also go to PM position now? need your inputs guyz.
What is your current compensation?
Should be around 22-28, Getting more would always put you in focus if cost cutting is in place and getting less than this is under justified ?
Current is 8-10 LPA.
