Notice Period Fiasco

I resigned from capgemini, first week of April and was planning to get an early release. Did my work with utmost sincerity but when I asked them that I won’t be able to work after this date in May, the HR and the manager got so rude and started threatening.

I don’t know how to get out of this shitty organisation but if I’m not able to leave on my desired date. I wanna make the remaining days hell for my manager and the BU.

I wanna make them regret every second.

I need some suggestions, what all things I can do?

I’m on a billable client project and my manager begged me to not tell the client about my resignation.

This 90 days NP is a trap guys. If they gonna fuck my opportunities, I wanna fuck them back.

Happy to hear your thoughts

Tell me the client name and give me their email Id... I will mail them

I just don’t want to get absconded as I need those relieving letters.

My advice.. Take screenshot of whatever they wrote... Keep low and do entire notice period. Afyer that send everything to client.

You are always entitled for a buyout. The threat is just bs. You can always buy yourself out.

They’re saying that if I stop working before the date they’ll mark me as absconded and won’t give me my relieving letters

Serve the Notice Period while you are working at the new company. Capgemini are you listening? F you.

But I won’t be able to work at capgemini. At most 1-2 hours. Will they abscond me for that as well
