Nykaa - Company Culture?

Don’t ever get to hear any news about Nykaa lay offs/ cost cutting by firing employees. Are they really such a stable startup? Also why are their employees never active on Twitter/ LinkedIn? What is the company culture like?

No perks in the company. 5 days office strict policy. Wfh approval required from manager even for 1 day. No food and no flexi benefits provided in the salary component.

Nothing against the post creator. Imo asking for company culture is a waste of time. Your reporting manager will decide your experience at the company. I have seen many times where company was known for good culture but the manager was a shithead. Ended up making life hell.
Secondly most of us decide joining based on pay. A certain edtech was known for shitty culture long before it became infamous. But people still joined it,because the pay was filthy.

They are very careful with their social media. There has been silent firing.

They do firing a lot but smartly For example I was a QA there They have just 70-75 QA out of which 15 are managers and leads so firing 15 QA of 60 is 25% but countwise its nothing There manager simply rate you low and ask to resign

PS Work culture and Politics Is horrible there
