Zero tolerance for missing deadline - you will be thrown out if you don't perform well ( who cares about you)

Need to ensure you report your work to SCON or Manager on regular basis so that you can prove that you are contributing
What you don't get as 3rd party -
- Flexibility in work location
- Travel
- Upskilling certification
- Any special allowance
- Any benefit of Deloitte by default you don't get it
In short -
Join the Deloitte if you want to get brand value and work on amazing projects and people, obviously good package..
It's not everyone's cup of tea to work in Big4
If you are a person who slacks at work, don't join..
Else you end up getting humiliated , losing confidence of whatever you have left and end up getting into depression
I've seen people going through it..
Now the best part -
For the people who take ownership of the work and takes care of the client and assigned role, I've seen people getting in to permanent role in 4 to 8 months.. Depends on the manager and Senior Manager and your ability to deliver..
So proceed with caution and know what you are signing up for..
