What is the difference between Deloitte, Deloitte USI, Deloitte India and Monitor Deloitte

Can somebody help clear this up ?

They are different entities. Deloitte USI serves mostly US clients and it has better pay plus work than other entities. Deloitte India serves India based clients ( could be offshore centers of US based companies) Monitor Deloitte was I believe an acquisition made by Deloitte long back. In short target USI if you can a chance

So in case of Deloitte interview, how will I determine that i am being interviewed for Deloitte USI or Deloitte India?

Deloitte USI works with Deloitte US who in turn work with US based clients. It's like an offshore entity. Good perks and bonuses ordinarily because of the currency arbitrage. Work hours will overlap US timings.

Deloitte Monitor is the Strategy Consulting arm of Deloitte. Came about after the acquisition of Monitor which was a specialist strategy consulting firm.
