Dubai vs India salary
32yo, 8 yr workex (MBA). Currently at 50LPA + ESOPs at a startup Have been offered 30k AED per month in Dubai. Should I take it? Any particular threshold in AED terms I should have, given my current comp?

I have received an offer from Dubai Based early stage startup with 30L Base + 5L Variable + 8L ESOPs (per year) The catch since it's a outside company TDS is not there I can play around with the taxes
I have another offer with 40L fixed + 2 Joining Bonus + 5L Esops but it's an India based company
Can anyone give me genuine advice around this?

Would say look for company culture and attrition rate. Money won’t make much of a difference if they make your life hell.
Also, just want to ask how much is your experience and what tech stack? If you are a fresher then you could go for the grind as well.
