Microsoft hands down. Because you'll have an excellent wlb compared to phonepe in webxt
What about peers, quality of work and learning curve? you'll get mostly untalented folks at msft
That may be true, but OP has to be sure then that the team in phonePe which they will be a part of has better work/more talented people as part of it. If OP can get that info somehow, then he can make a decision about what to prioritise (better peers or wlb)

Both look good. That M$ stock would definitely be better than PhonePe esops.
My suggestion is for PhonePe. Big Tech tends to place you in a small corner of a big project, so your growth will be vertical. In the earlier years, you should be focusing on horizontal growth too which is really hard in Big Tech. Although PhonePe is big enough, it still got the startup in startup culture that people speak about and you're allowed to interact yourself with multiple teams to learn more.
Go to the place with better culture. Which is Microsoft
Try for Salesforce it can easily beat these offers
