Current stack - .net core , SQL server, Current pay : 15.5 lpa
Omnicell's stack - .net core, angular, postgres, Kafka, Omnicell offer
Cash : 22lpa Bonus: 1.5lpa ( 7% of cash component) rsu: 8.6 lakhs ( vested over 4 years ) Joining bonus : 1lakh
Thinking to take back this offer and match my current pay since wbl at my current company is great. What do guys you think ?
