4 companies have my offer letter stuck in pipeline, probably they are waiting for my lwd to nearby, which is in next 4 days, how do deal with such situation
Why have you resigned without offer letter?
We cannot expect any offer to come when we are not serving notice period, and the notice period of that org is 90 days! Anyways the best part of taking this risk was I can withdraw my resignation any time if still any offer doesnt show up.
