Overall look post healthy lifestyle adoption

I need to know if people here received comments like- you look weak, thin and dry. No glow on face. You were better before this.

This is after I adopted a healthy lifestyle since April 2023.

My calorie intake is just notch higher than my maintenance calorie count. Sugar intake is extremely low. High water intake and no stress.

What could be the reason?

Their biased idea of "healthy"

I have the same experience. My relatives, both sets of grandparents had exact same comments after I used to kill myself in the gym. But I knew what I wanted. A visible jawline, less droopy chin, definition in my abs etc. Different generations and cohorts have different ideas of healthy. Ignore everyone, its your body.
