Manager in EY GDS BC consulting or KPMG Global Services earn around 32-38 LPA (correct me if I am wrong)
I have seen Senior Consultants and Consultants in PwC AC Bangalore and Deloitte USI or Accenture (management consulting teams) earn 30-36 LPA fixed
Why is there a huge pay difference? Is it because of the rate cards of the delivery centers? Or due to the talent that they recruit?
I can assure you that you are wrong about the senior consultants in Deloitte USI to reach 32-38 LPA bracket. With that being said, I am aware of the pay parity, the senior consultants and consultants you are referring to are advise folks or mostly Top Tier MBA grads. Hence the pay parity. For accenture, even the fixed pay for consulting analysts( top tier b-school grads) starts with 30ish fixed. So, yep there is a pay parity but these folks are top tier grads, and are valued for that sole reason. Hope this helps.
