I've been donating to an NGO on a monthly basis. They allow us to accommodate for the gateway charges for that particular transaction.
In my case its around 60rs or so for a 1500rs (thousand five hundred) amount donated. Just wanted to understand if gateway charges are this expensive. Moreover this was a UPI transaction always.
Its either PayU/ Razorpay ( I don't recollect well).
A question for anyone working at one of the bigger e-commerce businesses, or consumer marketplaces.
