AI has done more bad than good
Na na it has nothing to do with AI. Paytm hasn’t figured out how to use AI to automate day to day tasks yet.

The use of AI is just gas here;
It’s like if something can be solved used first principle of physics example still they want to use AI and mess it up!
Example, we know v = u + at as an example, instead of using the formula, they want to deploy AI / ML model to estimate
They should first layoff the incompetent overpaid toxic VPs and Product Heads. Especially RD.
How the fu** are they laying off engineers / senior engineers but not senior managers or VPs … in cost cutting exercises any org focuses first on middle layer than on actual resources who are gonna build the product…. This is just stupid and insane … shows incompetence of Vijay shekhar sharma and his non leadership skills and ability to not take right decisions… mujhe to ye banda shuru se hi leader qualities vala nahi lagta tha .. pta nahi join hi kyu kia maine .. maybe high package se lure ho gaya tha … so annoyed on myself 😬
Totally agree bro leadership manager should be layed off, bcz it all there faults , very very bad of vss , doing layoff like this will even make situation worse

Reason never work as*off for the company. They will fire you one day.
Exactly I realised this working my ass off in the last start up for 3 years, with great performance reviews and everything. Only to be shouted at my manager for taking an unpaid medical leave. Now in my new company i just do bare minimum to survive. Don’t care about any performance reviews, salary will be the same no matter how good your work is. If they wanna fire me go ahead
So many families will be impacted…
And this is the point where I curse the Indian government. These 6000+ employees must be contributing towards the pf( it's a source of investment for the Indian government for the long run and they earn profit from it) and many of them must be paying direct taxes as well. Now these employees are job less with no support from the government. Neither government will interfere to stop this layoff as this is a private company and all decisions are reserved to private entities and stakeholders for taking any decision. Why doesn't the government come forward and provide a standard support amount in these hard times for 6 months so that it can at least feed the family. I hope Indian private salary class one day raise this concern and government take some decisions to implement it.
Govt is busy building mandirs and inciting hindu vs muslim vs Christian debates. Rest of the time foreign trips are also there. Middle class is born to suffer and day by day becoming worse thanks to mindless voters who have been brainwashed!
