It is a dip but you buy a dip only when you foresee it to rise high again. That's unlikely in the case of Paytm

Unless they change the promoter and bring a credible personality to lead, Paytm won't survive long with VSS at the helm.

Compliance and audit issues leave a stain that doesn't leave easily.

I would calculate their revenue from sound devices and potentially UPI revenue when Govt let's to charge 0.1% of the transaction and put a revenue multiple and buy there. The brand value of Paytm is there with merchants
