Sadly, No! There are no signs unless and until a disgruntled employee puts it up on LinkedIn/FB/Twitter or one of those company review websites. There is a lot of chatter about fishbowl these days which price anonymity but nothing guarantees Authenticity.

One way that I use: If employees of the organisation that you are about to join actually go out of the way to say nice things about the company, that is a positive. If the answers are single syllable/to the point then there is a chance for the company to be toxic.
