Depends on where you work. Most Ed tech companies are tech companies trying to sell education. I would suggest people to work for an education company that uses tech well to provide their solutions, that way tech scales well
And no it isn’t boring, I’ve loved teaching since years and edtech sector provided me with an opportunity to work with people from various countries, and backgrounds. It’s amazing
