Best companies to work in bangalore/remote
Best companies in terms of culture and pay. Abit if poor wlb is okay.
Asking for experience in range of 1-3 years
In India, particularly in Bengaluru.
Work here means problem they are solving. Salary includes ctc, perks and stocks. Culture here means work-life balance.
Between work, culture and pay; Most of the time you can only pick two!
PM CAP theorem
It's like cap theorem. As someone pointed out above i don't think you get all of them in a single job. You need to take a pick of some combination of them. Prior to layoffs people might have argued that some company gives it. Don't think it's possible now. Company with good WLB would have laid off some to save money and reduced it now
Understandable. I was just curious to know a few companies that one could go to, even if it provides two of the above things listed.
During bad times most of them end up behaving unlike themselves or their company mottos. So yeah difficult to say exactly

How’s that good culture of hire and fire rate is high ?
Let me be more clear. Great culture for early stage startup standard. High Hire-Fire rate was mostly because was building early team.
Intuit
Had heard good things about nurture.farm too, how’s it?
You have got to be kidding me. I had to flee that place and how. Eventually the shit show revealed to leadership, replaced a few of them and it’s back to being terrible. But they shower goodies that everyone gets lured to stay.
