Want to understand a few things about PocketFM and would love honest answers
- Company culture?
- How is the company doing financially and what are the future growth prospects?
- How is the leadership team? Do people have ownership or too founder driven?
- What’s with the over hiring these days? Can it be a case of hiring and firing?
- Should someone join in the India growth team - revenue retention and growth
My experience - I interview twice for the India and US growth team leadership team.
Had 4 rounds, and in the last round - they ghosted.
I asked for feedback - HR said - she will ask the manager. And then again ghosted.
Culture - used to remote, have heard good things. Now it’s in office and I feel it’s a lot of over hiring done. Might burst some day. - just a feeling.
Leadership team - I don’t think it’s founder driven. Every leader I interacted had their own views and they were giving freedom.

@Eliminaty hey same here. I interviewed with them thrice for 3 different teams and guess what I was made wait so long in the horribly long process and then ghosted. I cleared 2 rounds and a case study as well. Weirdest senior management. They act as though they are the king and don't even have a basic etiquette in interviews. One of the vp was swinging around in his chair and his camera somewhere on top with no focus. Another guy questioned the credibility of my case study. After solving all of it with so much effort this is what you get to hear
