Post silent layoff at Classplus….

Should an employee openly post on LinkedIn about the company silently layoff people.

Because at Classlus it seems employees are scared to post about the wrong doing of company because …

  1. Fear of not getting the FnF.
  2. Tell. The world that they are laid off because recruiters might not hire them.

What do you think??,💭

Yes, the ecosystem on LinkedIn is cery accepting
No you need to just let that go
Post your FnF wrote about it.

Friendly advice don't post because it can make recruiters take note of that in the future I know it sucks, but at least personally I wouldn't do it

Much better if some journo picks it up from here or via Twitter

It will portray you in bad light because your next company will take note that you have a habit of bad mouthing after being asked to leave. Two main reasons for being asked to leave are that either you are overpaid or your performance is not satisfactory, which again portrays you in bad light.

Recruiters will use your situation to negotiate deep and leave you underpaid in your next job . Result - you will be depressed for another year or two and finally decide to change careers or jobs again
