Not a good time to buy. Why do u want to buy ? Why not invest 50L and wait for market to correct

Home prices do not generallt go down if the brokers and collective forces have made them reach a particular level. Also, 50 lakh will be out of loan with a bit of down payment. Why will someone invest money saved for buying a home in stock market. This is such a poor advice.

You will not find any flat with 1000 sq ft + open balconies + utilities + car park around Bellandur. Neighborhoods within 5-10km such of Bellandur such as areas around Marathalli and main road, Brookfield, Varthur, sarjapur rd, HSR, Electronic city, Koramangala, BTM have all breached 50 lac for 1000sq ft several years ago.

You might get lucky after searching really hard but you might end up compromising on your desired features. Lesser carpet area, poor accessibility to main roads, street parking.

With this budget you can find flats beyond tue radius in areas like Bommanahalli, Akshay Nagar, Gottigere, some pockets between Bannerghatta and Kanakpura Rd. Not going to suggest west Bangalore because that won't seem feasible at all. Or maybe all the way in Sarjapur, the end of Sarjapur Rd almost near TN border but thats literally rural Bangalore.

See if you can find ways to increase yoir budget or decide if you want to settle for what you get. Good luck

True. One of my friends, who is 25, has bought a house on Hosur Road with similar specifications, and it has cost him around 85 lakhs. He works in Bellandur, and that is the cheapest and nearest he could afford.

Forgot about it, in 50 LC you won't get a decent 1BHK in Bengaluru, it's over priced and overhyped market. When I started scouting 3bhk to upgrade my 2BHK my initial budget was 90 which I stretched to 1.1 cr but when I was not getting good option then ultimately settled for resale flat 1.3 cr which had good wood work which componsated for extra 20 lc which I invested extra. So Bengaluru reality market slowly and steadily moulding into Mumbai market where it would be wise to invest in good resale properties.

Unrealistic expectations. You won't find a flat near Sarjapur Road with those requirements so forget Bellandur. If you are looking for used apartments you can try online. If new try in Rayasandra for DS MAX apartments, they may come within 6o lakh. I don't think you will get 1000 sq ft carpet area though.
