I have joined Infosys as a lateral in July but still there is no update on project allocation. Recently I received an offer from Accenture to work from coimbatore location but due to family emergencies I requested for Bangalore location to stay at home with my family. The HR also got approval to change my location to Bangalore but due to this will the project allocation might change as they might find another candidate to work from coimbatore and I will be allocated to to a different project which has a base location as Bangalore? Also if a lateral joins Accenture, will the project gets allocated for sure or should we wait till there is any requirement from projects? I have all this questions revolving around my head before I sign the Accenture offer as I don't want again to wait for project with worries and uncertainty so if anyone has any advice please do share 🙏
