Project for resume
Suggest me some yt project videos with react , node and rest api. This will be main project on resume. I have made another frontend project and a crud application using react, node, mongodb.
Basically the title. I am currently looking to build a good skillset and an attractive profile to land a job. I wanted to ask what sort of projects are usually expected from a person with 1 YOE (2022 grad)?
Moreover, what kinda projects would blow your mind?
I have a fair bit of proficiency in React and I primarily work with Java + OracleDB for backend. I have started learning Go out of curiosity as well.
Although welcome, I am not looking for specific ideas. I want to know how complex or ambitious should a project be to be considered at par if not impressive for my experience.
Thank you!
TLDR; What projects in a 1 YOE full stack developer would make you go "Wow, I would hire that guy instantly!"?
I'm just a 1.5yoe developer and If you ask me, I would like to know more about the kind of work you have done in your current organisation and its impact. What kind of ownership you have shown. I'm not in a state to suggest something but I think at a certain point when you cross 1yoe and unless your project is not out of the world or really have active users in it. I don't think anyone is going to ask you more about your personal project.
Maybe 5-8 mins at Max. They will ask more about your current work. Unless you mention your project separately to them.
