
Weighted vs Bodyweight pull-ups?
Hi folks! Male, 31, 5'10, 74kg. Training for a year. Doing 3 full-body workouts weekly. I progressed from bodyweight to weighted pull-ups. Should I focus on weighted or bodyweight pull-ups?
Which is the best pullup bar setup at home that you all have seen/used?
Most wall pullups bars seem too extensive and door ones don't seem safe (I've tried the decathlon one though, felt stable)
Also in half a mind to consider roman rings instead..
