My progression:
ASDE (0 yoe) => 5 LPA SDE (1 yoe) => 7 LPA SDE (1y 3m) => 12 LPA SDE (2y 7m) => 15 LPA SDE (3y 1m) => 18 LPA
SDE-2 (4 yoe) => 44L CTC
SWE (5y 9m) => 48L CTC

Started with 1.9 (fresh out of school), after 7 years only reached 3.6 (self employed), no degree.
Find a college where you just have to show up for exams and get a degree brother. Brotherly advice. I know its just a piece of paper but so is a DL license. You will figure the life out like you always have. I can tell some colleges in north( Raj,HR,PB) ...Just 10k fee annually and in three years you are BCA/bcom/ba grad for 30k.
Yes, I knew what was going to happen that is why I took admission in 2021, finishing this year. Hopefully, I will get a job next month.
