Queries : Deloitte India compensation
I just received an offer letter from Deloitte India which contains different components that I have a few queries on:
- How does the lunch allowance work?
- Is there an option to “not have” LTA in my compensation plan and have it included in the fixed (basic or personal allowance) structure?
- the medical insurance policy mentions that parents can be added into the policy but the premium has to be paid by employee. How much does this cost to the employee? I dont have a spouse, are there options to include parents as dependents instead of spouse/kids in the medical insurance plan without having to pay the premium?
- What is the medical insurance amount covered for the employee and for the floating group medical insurance currently (2024)?
Apart from this, what is the hybrid work policy currently? How many days are SAP consultants expected in office these days?
