Quiet PMs

Hi Folks, coming across on linkedin lot of posts by PM Influencers and it is literally overwhelming. How to separate good content from the annoying ones. Can an aspiring PM fix to few consistent quality resources and do quietly PM work.

Are quiet PMs able to learn more on product management.

Day by Day Linkedin posts on PM by PM Influencers are shitholes.

Most of it is doing and learning on the job. These posts are more towards people who want to make a transition into the role. The smartest PMs I’ve worked with have zero interest in self branding and are comfortable in their own skin. In contrast, a famous PM influenza with 30k+ follower who waxes eloquent about PM with memes and jokes has not been able to get promoted nor break into a Tier-1 Tech first company.
