It wasn't going so well with my manager and I was still interviewing. Might've stayed but the new offer was a good 20% more.

Yes - very clear that figuring out multiple things early on in career is leading to better outcomes in my peer set. As long as you don't get addicted to quitting :D

The market is looking too risky to take risk right now. Would become easier again to take risks once tech gets out of this environment
