ONDC updates?
Has anyone used ONDC? Does it have any app? It was mentioned somewhere that it heavily reduces delivery costs and prices are better than swiggy and Zomato.

rant: ONDC food section on ola app is bad
Ordered cause it showed free delivery, they didn't deliver even after 5 hours, while from this restaurant previously order through Paytm app ondc section it was delivered. There's no update on support ticket created from ola app.
If things remain like this ONDC for food would fail at scale, it's crap experience end to end.
fyi I know same restaurant is on zomato/swiggy, default option less cognitive load and faster deliveries, don't know what I thought before using ondc.

It's within 2km form my home, very old family restaurant they started from bhaji pav then expanded now even have multiple outlets, the name stayed, Another example would be Jay Bhavani vadapav which now has many more items than just vadapav.

Why does Ola food never work?
Anyone tried Ola foods? Whenever I have placed an order, the order is always cancelled after half an hour. Has anyone else faced the same issue?
