Why do interviewers make a huge deal when the interviewee forgets a syntax just cus you've(both parties) worked few years in the same TechStack? Trying to undermine and mock people on that even when u explain the concept? Don't everyone get a lil brain fog from time to time? Or do they all never forget these things or it's just a me problem?😒

Empathy is not a trait valued in interviewers. As someone with both specs and brain that fog up frequently, I think more interviews should focus on finding out what is the approach rather than what is the answer because no one needs people with all answers, they don't know what to do when they don't know an answer.
