My relieving letter issued by TCS is incorrect. My employment with TCS was from 07 November 2016 to 03 April 2024 as per the agreed terms and documented in my employment contract. On 4th April 2024 whilst serving notice period I had a exigency which was communicated to my immediate supervisor Hiren Mehta and aligned HR Ayush Agha and documented in B&W the same.

In light of such a situation my LWD should be 3rd April 2024 as I didn't turn up from there onwards. As per records I'm shortfall of 06 days of notice period due to unforeseen circumstances. However, corporate FFs' mentioned 9th April 2024 and shared the same. I raised a couple of tickets and those were closed concerning discretion from my manager to keep it as of 09 April 2024 (Ticket numbers - 1226390, 1225152).

I also like to highlight that I have received an amount of 06 days (from 04 to 09) April 2024 which I am not entitled to. As per policy it should have been deducted from my FFs' which is not the case and I can't keep the amount.

Secondly, upon receiving my relieving letter dated 04 May 2024, I noticed an incorrect end date has been recorded as 09 April 2024 instead of the actual date of 03 April 2024. This error not only misrepresents my tenure with the company but also affects my future employment opportunities and professional records.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to issue a corrected relieving letter reflecting the accurate end date of my employment. I have enclosed copies of relevant documents, including my employment contract and previous communications, to substantiate my claim.

I trust that this issue will be resolved promptly and accurately.
