Day 1: Srinagar - Dal Lake, Shikara ride, Mughal Gardens. Day 2: Gulmarg - Gondola ride, snow activities. Day 3: Pahalgam - Betaab Valley, Lidder River walk. Get a postpaid SIM or local SIM there.
