Recruiter Ghosting after 3 rounds of interviews

I gave my 3rd round of interview on last Friday and it went very well. I was told it was the last round and I was looking forward for an offer. But recruiter is telling me from the past 3 days that she hasn't received any feedback still and she should receive it soon ( the guy who took my interview was from US team). Is she bluffing?

HRs are some specimen creatures. Why aren't they brave enough to tell us we are rejected and provide the reason?

I have been in same situation after completing 5 rounds. For first 2 days they stopped responding over mails and calls and now they have asked me to wait for a week to get final feedback.

HR aur bandi ki haan milna bohot mushkil hai bhai. Kitne line mai khade hai aur aap us line mai kaha ho jaan na bohot muskil hai
