It depends on the city you're in. In some cities, if someone starts a road rage, bystanders will gather around and try to dissuade any conflict. however, in some other cities, they will happily keep watching the spectacle. so, to be on the safer side, get a dashcam (GoPro if you ride a motorcycle).
