Personally not a fan of DSA stats, irrelevant for a resume. You do need them to crack the interviews though.

It looks like paragraphs, use an better structure for the resume

Put some numbers to showcase scale of the impact of each project

Seems heavy to me, make it light, describe in less words,
1.try to describe project max 3 points, 2.give github link beside the project title
3.remoke results from education 4.write work experience in 5 points max 5.remove dsa,full stack web development, rest api, agile,unit,swagger from skills These skills are mostly common so ni need to mention 6. Remove header where you have written strong problem solving like, remove it

This is my honest review by looking at your resume it feels that candidate is fooling the employer and also it pictures that you are in over confidence thing

Look resume is mostly for short listing, in interview they will any how ask you about resume at that point you can explain in detail

I think if you make it light it would really help you

It's not the issue of your resume. Notice Period is the issue and less year of work experience.

Along with all the inputs shared above, try modifying the template. This one won't attract someone enough to go through it.
You'd wanna use colours and templates that would make one curious to read through all the details.

Divide the skills in categories like backend, frontend, tool

This isn't ats friendly. Make it as basic as possible
