Salary for a 3 yoe Nodejs developer
I have 3 yoe as nodejs developer. Currently I make 14.4 LPA and have been sort of terminated . Is this package enough or shall I ask for a hike for my next job ???
Completed 3 years last month and had a final review with my manager today.
New CTC: 18F + 2V + 2B
I work as a Senior Engineer here and have experience with all the technologies they use, from AWS to React, React Native, and Ruby.
The work-life balance is great, and I get ample free time with family and friends. However, after 3 years, I feel I’m being underpaid. Should I look for a higher package?
The simplest way to know if you are underpaid is to apply with your skills outside. You are worth whatever someone is willing to pay you outside. As simple as that.
I personally don't believe in YoE as a Metric to how much you can earn. I believe you earn proportionate to the impact you create for the company
Nice figures 😁
Any openings for the same role? Need referral, for someone with similar experience
