Hi all, I've started appearing for job interviews, was wondering what CTC I should be expecting/quoting to HRs and recruiters
I have 4 YOE in Java, Reactive programming, microservices, Kafka, SpringBoot, etc.
Current CTC - 13.5 LPA (fixed)
I have almost 4 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices at Capgemini. Additionally, I hold a master's degree in computer science. I am currently considering a switch to a new company, and my current CTC is 12 LPA.

I currently earn 9 lpa salary with 5 years of experience. As a java backend developer, what is the salary I can expect while negotiating? Also is this the right time to switch company? Pls respond .
