Expected salary for Java, spring boot, Microservices with 4+ experience ?

I have almost 4 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices at Capgemini. Additionally, I hold a master's degree in computer science. I am currently considering a switch to a new company, and my current CTC is 12 LPA.

Could anyone provide insights on the expected salary range I can aim for in the current market given my qualifications and experience?

It's a generic enough backend skill set. For such a case, it's all about current compensation plus some extra pet percentage hike for most service companies.

The usual game played here by the recruiter is the current plus 30 percent hike.

And the candidate plays the game of offer shopping. ( Nothing wrong with that as long as you do it during the notice period )
