Salary for 4 YOE

I am 2020 passout and have total of 4 years of experience. I worked in one MNC for 1.6 year and then joined Deloitte USI. Here I joined as Analyst and its been more than 2.6 years my ctc is 10.1 lpa (fixed) and did not get promoted in this span. I got an offer of 17.5 lpa(fixed) from an small product based company. Should I resign from my current organization and join other?

It's better if you switch ur org; because even though if the present company gives ur promotion they might give u less hike or no hike ..
Which will again impact.
Better to switch and even in small companies you can learn many things.
It's just my suggestion you can think and make a decision. All the best 👍

Currently working as an Analyst in (Finance&Accounting) Enabling Areas and having 7 lpa. How much hike I should ask for if I go into other Big 4 OR other companies ?

Any points ??
