Salary Increment % after 6months
Hey Guys Been working for 6 months at a startup. Worked with react and react native. Made an app in react from scratch for internal use. Added many features to the other two existing user apps. I've also made personal projects with nodejs. My company will soon start giving me backend work on nodejs. I work 6 days a week.
Currently getting paid 6 LPA inhand How much can I ask for after 6 months? Please guide.

Figure out how much your peers with similar YOE and similar stage of company (seed funded, Series C etc) are making. Ask HR in that range

Tbh 6 months is too soon to ask for an increment (unless you’re grossly underpaid for your amount of work ex). As with most things in life, the answer is “It depends”
