Salary of 18 Yrs Project Manager.!

I am PMP certified Project Manager handling multiple projects, with Total YOE 18, 10 inTCS..! I am paid 15 LPA in TCS. I want to ask for my Salary Rationalization to match current market value. Can you please guide me what is the current market value for this position? Thanks in advance everyone.

WTF. This is way, way too low. Ask for 40lpa fixed, and then some variable pay. Wherever you go

I was in infy with 13 years exp and 6.8 lpa.
In hand was 52k
Shit. I left infy. Joined tcs. But here also 16 lpa for 16 years exp. Noone cares in these big companies. Noone listens. If u feel low salary better quit.

PMP / Project Managers are not in demand now and most of the service org. they are just doing the coordination or post man work.
