I'm working as an Analyst in Accenture, recently I got an offer from Infosys with a 40% hike. Should I go for it?
I have been working in Accenture for exactly 2.5 years now. I joined in as a fresher. Now i have 2.5years of experience. What should i do to increase my salary and what should be the idle salary at my position? Should i switch to some other company or stick here? And also how to approach my manager and ask him for hike ? Please help me out guys!
