TCS is offering me 26.5 LPA, and my current fixed pay in ACCENTURE is 18.75, having 7.5 year of experience.

Should I make a switch to another company after observing the current scenario of accenture? As we know, promotion has been postponed, and I'm not sure about the hike percentage.

I have doubt...pls someone help me to clear this...we have variable pay of 25% of fixed pay and TCS is giving me hike of 40%, does it make sense to switch with such a low hike 40% or its normal to get 40-50% hike when you are experienced( more than 7-8 yrs). How much will I get inhand in TCS even I am not sure about it but I am frustrated with Accenture policy and I don't know what the hell leadership is smoking ? How much % is ideal to make a switch to another company if you have good tech skills and having ~8+ yr exp.

Going to TCS would be a huge mistake. Accenture guves way more benefits as compared to TCS

It is normal to get 40-50% hike at experienced level. Only thing is, these chindi-chor companies usually don’t give full annual Bonus and they keep so much of variable components. A 40% of hike on Fixed, should be considered good, but just due to this Bonus deduction concerns of these companies, it may not lead to that good.

bhai I am in a similar dilemma . TCS offered total 40 % hike on my CTC but in reality it is a 25% hike on my fixed package - remaining is variable . Not sure if I should accept or not.
