Hey guys, what's the salary range for 10+ YOE for data analytics professional? Assume there is no ML knowledge. Just the reporting, automation, dashboards, and insight building.

Something is seriously off with these kind of salary expectations. Either I’m seriously outdated or there is a gap in understanding. I lead global data analytics delivery at an MNC, and I get analytics professionals (Non ML) on T&M from good firms (not WITCH) at 50-60LPA - this is a Non FTE & the quality has been great.
You mean the range I mentioned is on the higher side?
Depends heavily on seniority within the org and impact. Have seen people with 20L - 1 Cr in this range imo.
