Salesforce Einstein service cloud reviews

Hi, recently gave interviews for the Einstein service cloud in Salesforce India which is related to copilots, bots etc for lmts roles. Looks like a new team is getting formed in India. The manager mentioned it is based on monolith, Java, postgres etc. Does anyone have idea on the kind of work and how is the wlb and culture there? Also any pip situation there ? Please provide inputs and suggestions. Still waiting on feedback and numbers. Thanks in advance.
