Don’t get me wrong, I have never understood what exactly is this role for and why was it even created in first place. In most places an EM or PM does this work, without being “certified scrum Master”. A person just to facilitate meetings between PMs and Engineering, I never understood. May be for large orgs with lakhs of employees and process over product places it makes sense.
