SDE role discussion
So I am currently a full stack engineer at a startup, now I have 3 offers 1 backend and 2 frontend. Currently I kinda like the full stack role that I am in but since I want more income I have to move out. The offer for frontend as well as backend are paying decently well and are very similar offers as far as comp is considered.
What do you think I should opt for, I am 2 years experienced. If I pick the frontend role right now, would I be able to move to full stack again or not?

Things to consider here:
Make sure whichever company you choose, they have good runway and are stable and not gonna do any layoff in future atleast for 1-1.5 years.
Choosing between FE and BE:
TBH I'm someone on similar roadmap. Current TC is similar, working majorly on FE but whenever I get chance I work on BE too.
Best bet for you would be to become Fullstack.
Talk to your company and ask them for both. Choose any one majorly but keep other handy.
If you like BE, say you'd work on BE majorly but at times also work on FE and vice versa.
Comp offered in 2 of the companies 25 base + esops. The current base is 17.5 I do like the front end and think I am decent at it but I moved to the backend at the current org as I always would hear from colleagues that the frontend is not engineering and won't take you anywhere
I really don't know what to take next, need genuine help
Share current compensation, offers ctc.
Depends totally on you. Choose anyone which bests suits you and like working on.
