As a consultant, I'm always busy with clients, and the recent poor market conditions have increased the workload and pressure on my team. Consequently, I haven't taken any leave in the last six months. Now, I'm considering a trip to Rishikesh (as they say, Dilli wale either go to Rishikesh or Manali 😅). Just say you're going to be OOO on Monday. Don't feel guilty. You are owed leaves. You have earned leaves. And you should use it.
