Wise is cheap. They show an exchange rate with some markup. The markup is lower. In the background they utilize a sort of legal hawala mechanism.

EmiratesNBD works as well. They have direct remit to HDFC bank. Charge is 50bps.

Not really, what platforms are you using? There's no fee in P2P and usually crypto to fiat gives you a higher rate anyway, so the small fee is off set
