My current comp is around 45lpa and 30lpa in stocks.
A seed stage startup is offering me 30lpa in cash and 25lpa in stocks.
I really feel that this startup can go places. Any advise?
Not worth the risk unless they can at least match your current pay. Or they need to add so much equity that you make a landslide if you're right about them.
Fwiw, I'm moving to a seed stage startup from a Series D company, but only because they're making a financially sweet deal.

VCs employ very smart people whose entire job is to determine which “startup can go places”. Still they get 50% of their predictions wrong.
I am highly skeptical you would have done as much due diligence as necessary for a seed stage startup.
